Top Notch Ticket Service - Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. If a show is cancelled, tickets must be received within 7 days of event, so that they can be sent back to the proper contact for re-imbursement. A full refund will be issued on cancelled events. If a show is postponed, tickets will be good for that postponed day and need not be returned. There are no refunds on postponed shows since we are unable to receive a refund from our various contacts. It is completely up to the discretion of Top Notch Ticket Service’s management to do anything else above and beyond what is expressly contained in this paragraph.
